    That wouldn't bother me, the child with HIV. It think it's important for children to know about stuff like that (illnesses, disabilities). Being educated about that stuff is one thing, if it were a pair of lesbian muppets, that may be a different story.

    They are making Cookie Monster eat vegetables... how much worse can it get people :(?

    HIV story

    I actually think the HIV puppet is a good idea. Some parents just don't tell kids enough about blood and what you can catch. Kids need to know for their safety.

    I did notice cookie monster eating carrots the other day! But I also saw an episode not long after that where he was still eating his cookies. I don't think it's a bad idea about him eating carrots, but come on, do they seriously think that if cookie monster is eating carrots it will get kids to eat healthier? I doubt it. When I was little there were never problems as bad as now, so why fix something that isn't broken? I agree about the puppet though. It's never a bad thing to educate children about those things, esp. for safety reasons.

    I got it ladies why not give cookie monster a carrot cookie. If they make them I know they make carrot cake.

    Maybe they could compromise and give Cookie Snackwells.....or protein bars....:razz:

    But eating cookies is what a Cookie Monster is supposed to do! Without them, what will he become?

    Snackwells are cookies, they are just "low-fat"...well, if you eat only one :lol:.
