poor guy. Praying for strength. And just for the thought God could mean that his grand babies will be saved and make it to heaven because of his testimony as well right? What a strong man of faith he has turned into! Makes me feel like a wimp at times reading over his story. I hope someone is journaling it for him!
They've had his account on CaringBridge since the first bone marrow transplant. It's a journal, with a guestbook. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jeramythomas/journal It's possible that God meant his "spiritual grandchildren" rather than his biological children's children. He has no biological children, although his DNA has been banked, so that he and his future wife would be able to have his children someday.
good planning ahead God knows what His plans are, who knows he could bounce up and surprise us all yet!
The family has been called in from out of state. Grandparents, brothers and their families. They say Jeramy's body is just not responding anymore to the red blood cells and platelets.
((((HUGS)))) I just caught up with all of this. What a roller coaster ride! Praying for Jeramy and his family.
They did a bone marrow biopsy a couple days ago, The results came back. The bone marrow is dead. That's why his body isn't responding to the blood cells and platelets anymore. They're telling Jeramy today, and he will likely choose to stop everything except pain meds, and just wait for God.
praying for family and friends and all those whose lives where touched by Jeramy that we will all live our lives as faithful as he has..
I have been dreading reading to see what was going on with Jeramy. How silly of me to feel this way for a young man who is so ready to stand before his God. I guess it is just the mother in me that is weeping now for his mother and family as they say goodbye for now. God bless them in the days ahead. Thank you for sharing Jeramy with us all. His story has touched my heart. Beth
Jeramy has now gone Home to be with the Lord and reign with Him in Eternity. Please pray for the Thomas family.
tha nk you Lindina for sharing his life with us. Please let the family know we are all praying for them as well. He is now free from all the suffering and that is a good thing. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<HUGS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I talked to my sister about Jeramy this afternoon. She is joining with me in praying for his family. I too want to thank you Lindina for letting us share this story of Jeramy's journey home.
Thank you, everyone, for your thoughts and prayers the last couple of years. It means a lot. The battle is over, the victory is won, and the soldier has gone Home.
