They are really good! Especially if they are made with beer batter and dipped in ranch dressing. OH YUMMERS!!!

OHHHH Nellie!!! That does sound good. My dad would use beer as a marinade for steaks. It had such a great flavor!
OF COURSE THERE IS BEER ON THE DARK SIDE!!!!!!! LOL I actually don't care for beer (more of a wine drinker myself), but I do use beer in quite a few things. I mean, I DO live in WISCONSIN of all places! :lol: I put beer in pretzel dip (it's actually called beer-cheese dip), my chili (one can), beer brats, marinade, and many other things! I know...I'm such a sinner. Oh...and beer-butt chicken!!! DOUBLE YUMMERS!

Oh beer battered catfish is great too! I seriously could not live without meat! Just kill it and grill it!
I live in Ohio...we suffer from so much injustice like not having fried cheese curds (only tasted curds thanks to Kris), beer butt chicken and having the sun shine only a few days a year. I think I'm in purgatory.
I think I saw that on the Food Network! I would love to try that sometime. Maybe when we are all on the dark side together we can make it.
