We may go to the pool today bringing a pic nic lunch is a great idea, but our pool opens at 1. We bring snack and drink though and that works! 1- today is the first day of the rest of my life! 2- ds made my breakfast and is making the kids clean house while I play on computer! Best gift yet! 3- I have so many phone calls to make today but have to wait till 9 to start them!

I swept teh floors this morning, am going to mop but ds is doing legos on table right now, AND am planning to sign dd up for gymnastics this fall! 1 we have orientation/openhouse tomorrow afternoon for ds16 to find out what he gets to take this year. 2 My brain is feeling thick this morning and I need to go find something good to eat! 3 I can't wait to get back into routine with daily chores and school work!

I went grocery shopping today, too. 1. Joyce bought the 20 mo old dgd a bike with her allowance. I'm so proud of her! 2. The weather was gorgeous but hot today. 3. Joyce was given an old metal bed and I'm trying to strip it so she can paint it pink.
It was so hot here I was tired just walking outside in it the humdity down here is enough to make me cry. LOL 1. I got the girls school around for next week. 2. went to half price books today with dh and found nothing. 3. goodwill had 50 percent off today nothing good darn it...
On a side note, I don't know if anyone noticed, but this thread is almost 1 year old!! I wouldn't have paid attention but I had to laugh when I clicked what I thought was the last page and read that Kris didn't no that Timkelmom lived in an rv and I thought that was strange that she didn't know that and realized that post was from 2006 and out of curiosity went back to the first post.

It is supposed to be hot here again today. I know this will come back to haunt me but I'm tired of the heat! 1. My house is actually quiet. I have one down for a nap and one watching PBS. 2. I am so tired lately and can't seem to get caught up on sleep. 3. I am so thankful for the friends I have "met" here!
I am so tired lately too and cant seem to be caught up, I cant let myself sleep past 6 or the whole day is messed up but cant seem to go to sleep at night before 11-12 lately. 1. We'll be watching PBS in a little while. We are really into Reading Rainbow right now. 1. We just got back from storytime and Target. 2. Got a baby gift for dh's cousin's granddaughter. Of course, ds told everyone it was for his baby sister. 3. Ds is working on his new puzzle. My grandma gave him $5 yesterday and he actually decided to spend it--pretty rare for him!
Elijah received $5 from a friend of ours and he spent it Friday on a fan??? 1. Making spaghetti for supper tonight. 2. Eliljah only has 1 more subject and he is done with school today. We are having a great day, so far! 3. Gianna is taking her nap and I'm on the computer
