Danna, we're not Catholic, but Phillip thinks ANY group that makes wooden swords ROCKS, lol!!! He'd be wanting to join NOW if we lived up by you!
my younger daughter had a doctor appointment out of town. My older daughter stayed with her grandparents. I took some assignemts with us to do if we get to have a break there. So my younger daughter did math and foreign language. as for the older one, I gave her some work to do. It wasn't bad for both of them and I made sure that I won't load them with work.
Last night after church, Rachael wanted to go get pizza and see a movie with some of the other kids. They're a good group, and there was going to be a bunch of them. Carl let them go, but told her she had to be in by midnight. So at 11:00, he was fussing about her not being home yet! He thought she'd be in much earlier than midnight. I told him that if he wanted her in by 11, he should have told her so. So anyway, we get a call at 11:45. The movie just got out, and they were leaving the theatre across town, so they would be a little late. I'm not fussing; she called to let us know! Carl fussed a little about that; "They should have gone to an earlier showing!!!"
Carl sounds like my mom and you sound like my dad. LOL She would expect us in early and my dad would tell her that if she wanted us earlier, she should have told us to get home earlier.LOL
