I loved turning 30! I was happy about it and had a big party with my girlfriends. We had a sleep over just like we used to. I wouldnt' go back to my 20s for anything.
"MILLM" it is! It has been said that insanity is inherited, though. (You get it from your kids!) I don't see anyone here in their 60's yet, which reminds me that when I was 35, my own dear mother was 70--twice as old as I. We were doing some fun number-crunching with ages, and I asked her what her favorite age was. You know what she said? "Now! This age! This is the happiest time in my life!" I've tried to keep that perspective, myself. I truly admire her in so many ways! "Today! The age I am is the very best age!"
EEEWWWWW, maybe I'm all grown up (or maybe not!) but I still don't like to think about THAT! And for the record, I wasn't even in the works yet in '73.
YAY! Someone else younger than I am! Isn't being "grown up" all fun? And not? And then fun again?
I voted and am not embarrassed to say that I turned 38 in Dec. We only keep getting better and wiser with age.
