And have more engery than my older cats. We are going to have to inclose the porch just to keep them safe. I don't like having outside cats to much can happen to them. We (the kids and I) want to bring them in but our other two cats want allow that. Dh says that my Bootsie will kill them, because she is so jelous of anything that comes around me. So we are making them porch cats they will have the whole porch to play along with our beagle. Right now they are in a huge cage at night and during the day when no one is outside to watch them. I hope soon we can get started on inclosing the porch.

I had two orange and white cats named tigger. But our fist was the sweetest. We are getting a kitty soon, the lady said she had orange and white, gray and white or black and white I told her we just couldn't take a orange and white, I don't know what we will get but I can hardly wait, they are only 3 or 4 weeks old. there has been many conversations what the name will be.

Vicky, you have a Beagle? I LOVE Beagles. I always grew up with Beagles in our home, until now :(.

ABall, we had an orange and white cat and he was nuts!!! I have heard many people say that about orange and white cats. I don't know why...almost seems like kitty racism when I say that ;).

This is Tracker. He is a porch beagle. We almost lost him this past May to heart worms. But he has now recovered.
He is so sad looking in this picture, because the kittens have taken over his pillow agian. They won't let him anywhere near it, while they are out.:)

    Vicky,

My daughter LOVES horses (as do many little girls!), and loved your picture of your horse! She sighed, wishing it was her own! :)

Cute kittens! Glad to hear Tracker made it through treatment with flying colors! The treatment can sometimes be harder on them than the heartworms :(.

Deena, this was her dream come true. When she was 4 years old she wanted a horse. She got him when she was 10. They have a very special bond between them. No one I mean no one can ride him except her. He is a very pretty horse.

Thanks Brook. These three are a mess they are around 6 weeks old. They stay on the porch. My kids would love to bring them in, but we have two older cats inside already. Three more inside and there would be no room for us.
Tracks is getter bigger from being on the porch all this time. We have to big of a yard to fence in so he will just have to stay there. The kids take turns walking him and he loves playing with them.
I can't wait until I get my porch closed in. Safty for my kittens, and Tracks.

What is the issue with orange and white cats? Are they supposed to be more active?

I have had at least 3 orange and white cats I loved them all. But thats why I don't want any more, I will just keep thinking about and comparing a new one to the others, my first tigger was a super good cat. The funniest, yet sad thing was a cat we had before we moved, he was a lynx (just a puff for a tail) he was nice but he was old and getting blind I think because every time he would try to get up in the window he would loose his ballance and fall. :( My husband had a horse when I met him but he had to sell her.

I had to sell my horse when I got married :(. Now I work with horses and owners every day and my kids are back to wanting one desparately again (we boarded my cousin's horse before we moved) but we'd have to pay for boarding and stuff that makes it more difficult when you live in town. We are still learning to be content with what we DO have :D.

This is what I am wondering. Ours use to run into the wall with it's head on purpose, have fights with his shadows, and was obsessed with my knick knack shelf every time he saw it. He also liked to repeatedly be spanked (he would sit there and moan as you spanked him over and over-not hard, but repeated forceful tapping) and at about midnight he would get this adrenaline rush and run laps around the perimeter of the house. He had a lot of unusual qualities and others that I can't think of at the moment. Every person I've talked to says their orange and white cat has been crazy and bizzare. You can put ours on that list.

We have a black, white, and brown tiger cat now and he's the calmest thing you'd ever seen. He's got his quirks. He likes shoelaces and anything stringy. If anyone comes over with laced shoes we have to put them up. He'll eat them. He has chewed other various stringy things in the house as well, including my hair at about 1am...very annoying thing to wake up to. But he's such a cuddler. He likes to be held like a baby.

My Tigger is the calmest one of the three of them. Roo is the adhd kitten, he gets to running so fast that he can't stop and falls off the porch. Pooh is a very active kitten but she is black with two white spots. Tigger loves to get in your lap and snuggle and boy can he purr. My older two cats are black and black and white. They are just lazy.
