That's wonderful!!! I'm glad she doesn't need the iodine treatment, and that you are keeping such a close eye on things.
I am taking Crystal to the doctor at 3pm. Something is wrong. She is having a terrible headache and feels hot. She has had a pain pill at 5:15am and 4 200mg advil that the nurse told me to give her around 11:30am and still feels awful. She had a tetanus shot yesterday but the nurse said the headache shouldn't come from that. She hasn't eaten all day, but will drink a little. She is sitting up right now so that makes me feel a little better. She has been laying on the couch all day sleeping until about 1:15 when she took a cool shower to try to cool down. I hope this is just a bug and I am trying not to panic. I guess I will be like this every time she gets a hang nail after all we have been through lately. Prayers would be appreciated once more and I hope to be back this evening telling you she has a little bug. Thank you all. Beth
Beth, I am praying for Crystal right now. I am so sorry to hear she hasn't been feeling well. So glad to hear that you are taking her to the dr. to get to the bottom of this.

I'd say you are NOt over reacting. I'd be getting her in there right away, too! After all she's been through, you need the doctor's reassurance! Praying for Crystal!
Praise the Lord it is a sinus infection! It is in behind her forehead and she is running a fever now, but since we know what it is I feel a lot better. She is still feeling yucky and still has the killer headache, but since around 3:30 she has seemed more like herself. Thanks for the prayers. Beth (The slightly over protective mama of seven.)
Oh Beth, don't say that about yourself you have every right to feel that way. I know Anna is going through a sinus thing right now, maybe she gave it to Crystal they were IM eaching other last night. LOL just wanted to give you a laugh. Hang in there and there is no such thing as a over protective mother and you are not one, just a loving caring one.
Crystal still feels bad, but is much better than yesterday. She is taking it easy today. She finally ate some lunch today. She wouldn't eat at all yesterday. I am making something she really loves for tonight to tempt her to eat again. Beth
