maybe they just plain got over whelmed by orders this year with so many more people home schooling and such and they want to make sure everything is done correctly and all? Give them a bit of grace folks,
True. But why do they care if you are a teacher, homeschooler, or just a random parent who wants to read up on educational stuff? What's with the secret handshake attitude? This isn't a masons' meeting, eh?
Jen, here's what someone else found out about that: I guess we should just be thankful they are willing to work with us, rather than insisting on selling to JUST schools!
well, I never got around to calling but they did finally send me an e-mail. and 4 of the 10 things I ordered were unavailable. bummer. but the note they sent back was very polite and she said I would be "set up" for the next sale, so that is good. do they send you notices of sales?

I just got an email from them saying my order has been shipped and it looks like all the items I ordered were available. We will see when it arrives. Beth

I hope it really comes. I just ordered at the first of this week. The email said it has been shipped. We will see.
I don't understand how they work. The first time I ordered I never heard anything from them or received anything. My account was not charged so I never bothered to call them.
Exactly 4 weeks, 28 days since I ordered, I still have heard NOTHING. I have emailed them twice now. Oh well, figures.. this is usually the way things work for me anyway. I will not ever attempt to order from them again.
has anyone recieved their order I ordered from them at the beginning of January and haven't heard anything about my order. They sent an email confirming my order and amount. It also said I would get an email when my order is sent. But up until now I still haven't received anything.
I received an email today stating that another item is not available. I checked my bank account and they did send that payment through for 15 items. I am waiting now to see when and what comes in. I don't need them right now, but since they debited my account, I want them NOW
I received an e-mail today, asking for "confirmation". I called and gave them the info they wanted, but personally, that really wasn't any kind of verification of hs'ing. I mean, I could have told them ANYTHING!
OhioMom, the last time I ordered, they charged me for all of the items I ordered, even the ones that we out of stock. I had to call and get them to credit back money for the ones I didn't receive. Be diligent about watching the bill! I didn't even bother this time.
I GOT MY BOOKS. I RECEIVED ALL THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR!!! They are all in great shape and I'm excited. I received 14 of them!!!!
I got acall today from them...the asked if I was homeschooling and all that....... im not yet but will be next semester but I didnt tell them that. lol she said ok...well get your order processed.....so far they have only canceled one thing.......so we will see..........
