    That DOES sound like fun!

I've never been to a "crop" before. I wouldn't know what to do! I'm afraid I would be too overwhelmed and excited about all the activity and distractions, wanting to walk around and look at all the neat things OTHER people were doing, that the whole point of a "crop" would be lost on me. *LOL* But I'd still love to go!

Thanks! These are old (obviously...2003!) w/ less detail than I usually include now. I did buy the Hallmark & Scrapbook Factory software. They usually are reasonable in price and often offer mail-in-rebates!

I like to do both methods of scrapping too! I got into digital mainly because I was discouraged w/ not scrapping at ALL due to lack of time, space, finding supplies etc.

And some pages don't really need all the attention to detail, but still worthy of being created and recording memories/events and are also perfect for digital.

Another way I've been using scrapbook software lately is to help me w/ the planning stage visually! I can arrange, rearrange, change background colors or patterns, play w/ digital embellishments and photo layouts without cutting any paper or wasting one drop of glue! Then I have the option of printing off a "base page" onto cardstock then adding 3-d embellishments, ribbons, tags, etc. OR just use it as a layout sketch and build the page from scratch the old-school way if that's what I've envisioned.

I've never tried digital. I'm still old-school. WOuld be much quicker digitally, but it seems more fun the old way! :) More fun because I meet with friends and we cut and glue and talk and laugh and share and have a fun old time! But I DO want to try digital sometime!

    T-Mom,

I've been trying to think of a creative solution. I just scan my old ones. You COULD take a digital, but I'm not sure how well that would turn out. Maybe those places where you make copies of pics could also put them on a disc, then baada-boom, baada-bing...you've got digital "old-school" photos!!!

    Just a thought....

Or you could ask the Easter Bunny for a new scanner? *LOL*

    It's late. I'm tired. I'm delirious. And I'm sorry. :p

Going to bed (after my shower)
