LOL!!!!! For a second I thought your post said your were down to 74 pounds. I was going to tell you to please stop before something happens to you! Then I reread it and realized my mistake. Praise God it was a mistake.
I had to laugh at the idea of me at 74 pounds. I am 5' 8". I would be a toothpick! I need to lose at least another 30 pounds to be close to a normal BMI. I am getting there.
I do Kathy Smith Laitn Rythm work out. I like dancing but not exercise, so this one works for me -I am just enjoying myself dancing and do work out at the same time
I havnt read all the post, just saw the title and wanted to say that dh and I went bowling yesterday. I havnt done that in forever. Now the left side of my rear end is soooo sore LOL. Now I need to go bowl with my left arm so the right side will get a workout also. Cant have one side tight and the other droopy:lol:
Well I do the Bowflex treadclimber. (in 35 minutes you can burn about 500+ calories) then I have a pilates video I love so I am starting that back up... That is awesome sloan127.... Be Blessed
You know I love to bowl, another one that hurts is STRAWBERRY picking!!! AGH!! But we love the berries...
Oh, we pick about 20 lbs. of strawberries in June! I make strawberry bread and freezer jam. And yeah, it gets to you, but SO worth it!!!
We have a strwberry farm about 2 or 3 miles from our house. We pick every summer. I have never made jam or jellie but I need to try this summer. My kids love picking, but not all will eat them lol. (picky bunch)
It is the EASIEST thing to make Freezer Jam! Add sugar and the pectin and mix. Add your mashed strawberries (I do mine with a Pampered Chef Food Chopper). Then you put them in jars and freeze. That's it!
Yeah, Beth, that 74 pounds is a winner! Congratulations! Now, to just stay away from Jackie's freezer strawberry jam!
Be sure to buy pectin that specifically says "For Freezer Jam" on the envelope! You don't have to cook it; there's another kind that you have to cook.
