How it works is kinda like the Christmas Club!
You would make a nice ornament or buy one and mail to the person that you have. Everyone would have only one name.
    Let me know.
Sounds like fun to me and should be fairly cheap. A padded envelope should work for most ornaments until breakable. :)
We would mail them the first Friday in December. Dec.1.

I would like to do this also. Provided I am allowed to buy the ornament. I don't have time to make one right now.

    Yes, bought is fine too.
Which ever is the easiest to do for the family.
Sometimes money is tight and I wanted all to get to take part in this if they want too.

We will wait a few days to see if anyone else signs up.

I'll do it. I didn't do the other one, since I wasn't sure the extra money would be there. It's been fun watching everyone who participated, so I'll get in on this one! Do you want us to PM you our info, Lorna?

Yes, send me your name/address and I will match everyone up with someone else. This should be fun too and will not cost much at all.

Does anyone else want to sign up for the ornament exchange? It can be bought or homemade.

The dollar store here had some VERY cute ornaments when I was there the other day! That would help budget-wise. Mailing an ornament should cost too much either, I'm guessing!

The mail out date is Dec. 1. It really shouldn't cost much to mail an ornament. Just let me know if you plan to join in. I need to know by Sunday the 19 so I can get the names to each person on Monday. Thanks alot.

The ornament can be homemade or bought. Nothing has to be expensive. Deena is right their are nice cheap ones. I saw some at Cracker Barrell for $1 that were super nice. They were bells that were painted different ways.
It will just be fun to see receive them.

Deena, I wasn't sure if you wanted to sign up or not. No pressure but just asking to be sure.

This does sound fun, but do you have to insure the package with an ornament? Also Michael's has soem easy to make kits of ornaments for anyone who does not have any ideas... for making one. they also have all ready made ones for cheap too!
I am not sure if I am joining when do I have to knwo Lorna?

This is going to be fun! I don't get gifts much for Christmas because Freddy and I have asked everyone not to buy for us anymore. So it makes the little things like this so much fun! Beth

I just thought of the perfect ornament. I make a bunch every year and give them away as gifts. I am so excited.
