Let's all give each other a quick glance at what we look like. No pictures just a simple description. I'll start. I am 5'0" tall. I have blond (short) hair. I have deep blue eyes. I am not fat nor skinny. :angel:
A knock-your-eyes out blond!!! (OK, maybe in Carl's wildest dreams, LOL!) Seriously, I'm 5'5', long dark hair, brown eyes. My weight isn't what it use to be, but I'm not really overweight to where it's a real problem to anyone but me.
I'm 31 (will be 32 next month). I'm 5 ft 7in tall, with short brown hair and brown eyes. I have a small amount of Native American blood and it shows in my skin color. I'm not as skinny as I used to be--2 kids with c-sections will do that to you. But, I'm still proud to wear a size 6-8. I'm not big on make-up, but when I wear it I don't use much (I'm more into looing natural than "made up"). Just a simple country girl from Oklahoma.

I'm 30yo, 5'6" and overweight. In fact I recently qualified (though barely) for weight-loss surgery. I have a bad thyroid which is the main culprit for the weight I gained during my adult life. I was in every sport every year in school and ran every day yet still was always pudgy. My doc says I was just born in the wrong era...she says I would have been a real asset on the wagon trains west cuz it wouldn't have taken any food at all to keep me alive. :lol: Anyway, I have long naturally curly (not kinky) brown hair and light-brown eyes. I wear no make-up and tend to dress comfortably...I prefer flannel to chenille . Yep, your typical GenX'er. Good thread!
I'm 5' 2". I weigh around 220. I do need to lose about 50 pds. I have short brown hair. I have black eyes. I'm a chunky kid from the south.
Trish~ You always make me laugh! You can kinda see me in my avatar picture~ I'm the one second from the right, wearing the red shirt. Anyway, I'm 5'4", with short, brown hair. My eyes are green most days, but some days they look blue. I'd like to weigh alot less than I do! I don't wear make-up when I'm at home all day, but will when going out.
I look like Trish, But with blue eyes. My hair is longer than I want it to be, its about bra length in the back. I've been pudgy since thrid grade when my parents got divorced.
I am the tall one of the bunch being 5'11''. That allows me to weigh a little more then the average women and get away with it, although I would love to loose the extra weight from having babies. I was a track and field junky in school and have run a few races (just 5ks) in the past couple years. If I could find the time to train I could loose the extra weight, but in my free time I scrapbook instead! I have green eyes and naturally curly/waving hair that changes color from time to time, but is an auburn right now for fall. I like to wear make-up, but not a ton. Just enough to give my face some color. Fun question, just what I needed!!
This is almost funny. So many of us suffer from depression, and it seems most of us are-shall we say- pleasingly plump?? Me, I'm 5'9", 36-42-36, 105 lbs. I have waist length, Farrah Fawcett hair and I'm a multi- millionairess. Eat your hearts out. LOLOLOL!!!! Oh yeah- I'm 22.
Becky, you were REALLY young when you had your son! Amazing! Heehee! Crystal, I'm glad to see another tall person on here! I'm 5'9", and most my friends are at least 3 or 4 inches shorter than me. They say I'm their token tall person, and come in handy cuz I can reach things on high shelves---those are the reasons I'm "allowed" to be their friend! It's all a joke of course (at least I THINK it is...) I weighed 118 when I got married and wore a size 3! Not anymore! 3 kids, one being over 10 pounds, can do that to ya! Now I'm in the 150's, and just moved from a 6 to an 8 in jean size But it's okay, the kids are definitely worth it! I have a little longer than shoulder length curly (not kinky) "dishwater blonde" hair and blue eyes. I swear I was in college before I knew that blue was recessive! EVERYBODY in my family has blue eyes, so I thought SURE it was a dominant color! My mom would love to adopt you all with brown eyes---she loves them, but married a blue eyed person and all her kids have blue eyes, and we all married blue-eyed people! So if any of you need a GREAT, supportive and loving mom, let me know, and I'll have my mom adopt you!
Well, I have never had to tell what I look like to anyone. I am 5 foot 3 inches tall. So very short. Also have short hair somewhere around dishwater blonde and a light brown and it is fairly thin. My sister got the thick hair. I have green eyes. I wear glasses too or I would walk into the wall.
Oh yeah, I wear glasses too, but not to prevent me from walking into walls (that was cute Lorna!) mine are for seeing distance. I used to be called "Eagle Eyes" cuz I had GREAT eyesight. Then in my 20's it started going downhill, and it's still going downhill. I'm almost to the point of needing bifocals I think, but that makes me sound so old, and I'm NOT old! I often don't wear glasses just around the house, mostly for driving. This is a fun thread!

These are some difficult assignments--asking me to talk about me! Let's see...I am not 30 yet. Many people mistake my mother for my sister--whether that means she looks really young or I look really old, I couldn't say. Maybe it's these straggly grays showing up (Mom hides hers.), but I don't intend to hide my crown of wisdom! he he. My hair is kind of like Crystal's--color-changing. I've never dyed it, but many people have accused me of that! lol. I've been everything from very-strawberry blonde to blonde to the present wanna-be brown. My head doesn't like brown as much as I do I guess, so it's sneaking in the gray! My eyes are blue, as are dh & all the children, but not my parents. (No, Mom says the postman had nothing to do with it...) Anyway, I guess I would be the toothpick of the group. I wish I could keep some of the weight I gained with each of the babies, but oh well--you gain some, you lose some? 5' 6-1/2" and barely 100 pounds for now. I tell you, though, I could get 15 of that back working in the garden! I'm working on applying a fairly permanent smile to my countenance! We get comments fairly often, things like we remind people of Little House on the Prairie, since we dress simply, the girls wear dresses and sturdy shoes....In short, I look like I belong in the country--just where I should.
Aaaahh, <sigh>, I used to have a 23 inch waist, and was quite thin for my height (it's good that I'm small-boned, even though I'm tall!). I have an older friend who is close to 50 now, and she is still thin and tiny, and she had 4 girls! It's mostly genetics I suppose, but I'd like to look more like her!
hmmm, I'm 30. I have green Eyes and glasses (without them I see double!) I don't recall ever being not overweight but I do have a picture of me when I was 12 that looks like I was skinny. I blame a sudden growth spurt. My DOctor once wrote on my medical records that I was a healthy, Morbidly Obease female. How one can have healthy and morbidly anything in the same sentance was beyond me. Somehow I carry the weight well, people don't think I'm as heavy as I am from looking at me. I'm buillt exactly like my mom we even weigh the same amount; gotta be genetics. I'm 5'7', My brown hair is very long.. Goes almost to my waist. I never cut it. Not sure why I just don't like it short. IT would take FOREVER to dry so I wash it at night and air dry it.. I don't own a hairdryer. My hair is determined to be straight - curling irons and perms do practically nothing to it. Wearing makeup makes me itch so bad I try to claw my face off.. adding an odd red tint in streaks... so yeah I don't use that stuff unless I deem it an emergency (My best friends wedding and my last professional photos.)
OMG, Becky I thought you were serious about your height and weight, lol. I thought you were anorexic at first. I'm one of the short ones measuring 5'1/2" and about 100 lbs. Let's just say I'm petite. In high school I was in the 4'11" club (bunch of short friends too). I have long brown hair that is VERY wavy and sometimes frizzy. It has become more curly after children strangely enough. I have blue eyes and wear makeup almost every day. I NEVER go out without makeup for sure but I will give it a break if I know I won't be going out for sure. I have very dark circles under my eyes and some break-outs so make-up is a must for me or I'd scare away the little children, lol!
Ya are so funny. I saw a picture of Heidi up close and she is very pretty. The picture we have doesn't show her off well.
Crystal, Heidi, Jimmy Lu, and I met a year and a half ago in Hershey, Pa. There are pictures from there somewhere on this web site if anyone wants to find them. Of course, we're MUCH MORE GORGEOUS than in those pictures, lol!
