OH yes, Gentle Ben... and how about Grizzly Adams?!!!! When Lassie was upset, I had to cover my ears. I hated to hear Lassie cry. Old Daniel Boone - I was probably a baby at the time, but a great one. Family affair too! Wasn't it nice when shows were clean?
Quincy! The Odd Couple! I loved NOrthern Exposure - would have liked it better without all the sexual references. Heckle & Jeckle! Woody Woodpecker! Dr. Welby, Md... I watched that a lot... Chad Everett in some medical show - was that Emergency? Flipper The Wild Wild West Some Show about a white man living in Africa.. I forgot what it was called... oh dear. ok This is totally the thread for me! We do not watch ANY current shows--haven't since parenthood began 3 years ago. Everything we watch is on DVD! My new most favorite show ever is Firefly, which we just finished. Others: Perry Mason Golden Girls Murder, She Wrote Simon & Simon Father Dowling Remington Steele There are a million others, but I will stop here. My list makes me look like an old lady!!
I was in LOVE with Ricky when I was a kid. I was in his fan club and had his poster on my wall. I'm such a dork.:|
There really aren't any tv shows on 'today' except ELR (which is only on in reruns, but I have all the dvd's) and House (which I never get to see). Other than that it's dvd's I don't even remember silverspoons much? Must not have watched it.
Sorry, Beach Blanket Bingo was a movie with Frankie Avalon (what a heart throb)and Annette Funicello. Oops, there goes my age again.
I never watched the Gidget with Sandra Dee, but we did watch "Beyond the Sea" the other night. I did not realize that she and Bobby Darin divorced. The movie didn't make that very clear.
My hubby still watches the reruns of it. That, and Saved By The Bell. He'll never grow up. I loved Punky Brewster!
