Yeah, he was cute. I liked him in the first movie he did too... What was it called---the boxer movie. He did an amazing acting job in that one and he was only around 7 or so, I think. How about "The Flying Nun" with Sally Field. I used to love watching the reruns of that!
I'm afraid I'm old enough to know Sandra Dee as Gidget! Also, do you remember the Tammy movies? My first year at camp, I had a friend named Tammy, and the one guy counselor sat us down one night and sang that song to us, lol! I had forgotten about that until now! Also, Elvis Presley. "Viva Los Vegas" and "Where the Boys Are". And my favorite "Double Trouble" (I think...?)
How about the Patty Duke show, The Nelson's (Ricky Nelson), Dobie Gillis? the original Parent Trap? Jackie, I remember Tammy - I had a Tammy doll, couldn't afford the Barbie - I remember Tammy's legs didn't sit down properly, her legs went at an angle.
I never really watched Ozzie and Harriet (I don't think we've ever had a channel it was on), but I LOOOOVE Ricky Nelson!
These. LOL Also, was mentioned: Land of the Lost!!! OMG My family thinks I made up this show in my head!!! I'm glad other people remember it! Fraggle Rock Mork and Mindy Alf was a good one! And I watched Punky Brewster too! Her name was... I don't remember spelling but - Solei Moonfry. Mom said she looked like me. LOL
For those of you who like Land of the Lost that was my FAVORITE show when I was a kid hands down! So a few years ago I was at Blockbuster and found a 3 tape collection of different Sid & Marty Croft movies! There is one episode of Land of the Lost on it plus stuff like The Bugaloos and HR Puff n Stuff. Very classic wierd shows that I can watch over and over again.
Oh, gosh! I always got a kick out of H.R. Puff N Stuff!!! Is Land of the Lost the part of it where the gal was wandering around the jungle in white shorts? I was always amazed at how they were always SO CLEAN even then, lol! What was the one about the astronauts that ended up going back in time to the caveman days?
Land of the Lost is the one where the father, son and daughter were out rafting and the Earth opened up and the floated over the falls into prehistoric times with dinosaurs and all. It was wild. Don't remember the white shorts but everything in that show was unrealistic. But I loved it all the same!
Well, at least most of these shows are available to purchase...otherwise we'd have nothing to watch here! I just don't remember Puff N Stuff.
I actually have a couple Puff n Stuff videos. It had the Witch named "Witchy Poo" I believe. And the magic flute and don't touch the poisoned mushrooms!
I have never even heard of the Puff n Stuff. I even looked it up and don't recognize it. I do remember Grizzly Adams! LOL
