I am glad I didn't get mine before Thanksgiving. It seems more like Christmas to me that way. I can't wait to get mine now! Beth
hehe at least I wasn't the only one who is just sending it. The post office said it would take 6 days to get there...
Ah! The plot thickens once again! My gift can be from anyone of you! Just when I thought I was narrowing it down... I am also glad I am receiving mine after Thanksgiving. It makes it more exciting. Patty
There are quite a bit of people who just sent it out! I know who a few people have...but I'm not telling...he he!
Okay, I am full of anticipation!!! I received a note in my mail today that a box is waiting for pick up, tomorrow morning, at the post office. I am so excited. I can't wait to see if it is THE BOX!!! My mil is supposed to be sending something as well so I hope it isn't from her. I am so excited!!! Patty
I GOT MY BOX!!!! Jennie!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I am so excited. My gift is from Jennie (AKA JenPooh). She gave me a beautiful, large nativity ornament of Joseph and Mary and together they are holding baby Jesus. I wanted to cry when I seen it. It is so beautiful. I placed it on my table next to the lamp so everybody can see it. I also received some fabulous smelling tealight candles, that are peony scented, and a really cool southwestern candle holder. Handsome is going to like that a lot. Jennie also sent a beautiful plated book mark with Phil. 4:13 on it. I love this scripture so much. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This is going to be so handy since I love reading. She also sent a magnet that reads,"My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trials and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you." Oh, so beautiful!!! Ems was pretty jazzed because she received stickers. She said, "Mommy, look!!! It has six sheets!!!" Her favorite was the sticker that said, "Don't keep the faith, spread it," and it has an picture of bread and a butter knife. She stuck it onto her blouse and wore it to the store. She also received some bracelet candies, one which she munched on as we headed home. Jennie, you have blessed us so much. Thank you!!!! We are going to hang up the cute card too. It is a count the days to Christmas card. Starting December, each day we open a new little door and it shows a picture from the nativity. I am so happy! Patty
I am excited! This has been so fun watching and waiting with everyone! Only a couple left out there and I would guess they will arrive tomorrow or tuesday!
