My gs and I were watching and we saw the lion too. I had a phone call and left. When I got back he heard him roar too. Neat site. Thanks

 

Well, we certainly heard that lion....A LOT! Wish we could've seen it!!!

Yeah, it sure IS getting light fast! The camera is scanning slowly now. Didn't see anything...it just went back to it's normal place. (4:50 am Africa time)

 

There's a duck or some bird there now.

 

It's hard to tell what it is. I have a picture I took in Kenya of what I called an "African Crow". It's black like our crows, but it has white on it's chest that looks like a vest! I told my family that Africa has classy crows! Anyway, I was wondering if that's what it is, cuz it makes a noise like that, and I could see black and white on this bird.

 

There's a LOUD, squawking bird there right now (4:57 a.m.). I wish they'd pan in so we could see him better!

 

Thoe African crows may look classier, but they're just as obnoxious! At least it's gone now!

 

Something sure is squawking right now.

 

It's focusing on a duck. But the other bird flew away, it's back again! I wish they would focus in again! I just saw it fly and I'm pretty sure the one noisy bird IS the African Crow (or whatever it's real name is).

About 11-12 Wildebeest and a safari jeep right now. (5:11 a.m.)

 

Hey, I think I just saw the prop guy and several people from makeup and wardrobe! LOL...okay, okay, having too much fun here...settle down people! (no autographs, please!)

Sorry, the SQUAWKING BIRD is getting to me...

 

That is the same noisy bird sounds we heard yesterday. Whew! enough already. I saw the jeep this time and the wildebeest family. I really need to stop and go to bed. It is 10:18 here. Beth

 

I saw the lion that everyone is talking about! That was soooooo cool! My one year old LOVED hearing it roar. My others were out with grandma. I just saw the wildbeast also at 5:??AM. Very cool.

Ya know, that bird is kinda getting on my nerves also. LOL. I mean does it ever give its beak a rest? Ok, going back to Africa!

 

They just showed what looked like geese--brown and black and white.

I can fully now verify that the annoying squawking bird IS the one I thought it was! I've seen it very clearly now.

Is that gazelle they're showing now?

I think I'm seeing gazelles at 5:22 AM (African time). Phillip is going to be SO UPSET about missing the lion!!!

 

I think it was gazelle or antelope---I counted 4 of them. (5:22)

 

This thing has become my new addiction! Oh well, better than drugs or alcohol!
