Jen, so is that lke doilies and afgans? Those are things that make me think of two of my gramas, a hardware store would make me think of another hahah, she owned one, Giggle, ( hope I made someone smile with that one!)
Yes! Those are good examples. Doilies, lots of lace, pink. Although I personally like the color pink, I wouldn't put it in my house. My hubby's grandma's bathroom is a huge bathroom in all pink. The tub, sink, and toilet are even pink. Egads!
a) What colors are your kitchen or bath? My kitchen is Cobalt Blue with White... I love hearts that are that color, My bath rooms, one is the Ocean ( sandy walls and ocean 3/4 way up with blue sky, I have a net I am putting up this weekend and lots of shells. we even have a ship's light for the light! The other is ... nothing yet any ideas? It usually has a nice black speckled window so we are planning to remodle it! It has a SantA Cruz apeal... b) What is your favorite, food, color, snack, ornament type, etc. I love Pizza, Red, Chips and Salsa, Home Made ornaments or halmark with a date! ( my mom made angels inside ornaments!) c) What is your favorite scripture (Proverbs 3:5-7 and Psalm 37 all of it! d) What kind of music do you like? Christian mostly with a good beat, and some classical, country and oldies! e) What do you not want to get! nick nacks! I have a million salt shakers ( not really that many but it seems like it!) because hubby started me collecting them, lol. So I have no room for anything like that sorry. Although I do like Salt Shakers! just not nick nacks haha! f) Do you decorate for Christmas? Yes totally! We do at least one tree, have wreaths and even decorate the kids doors! We have ornaments from our childhood through each year of our marriage.. but they don't all go on the tree, we found we have to pick and choose now days hehe. e) anything else you think may be helpful? I love scripture cards, home made ones even! I enjoy teas and coffees, love chocolate occasionally, hate it occasionaly too! I know I am weird! haha! I like recipe books that churches put together! I collect them, have about half a dozen from various churches in various states! There now I am added to the list I started hahaha

I am not a picky person, though sicne I mentioned picture frame above frames that are plain brass/wood I am not a fan of, I loke them to have a quirk, or a style, fun colors(even if they do not match the decore) etc f) Do you decorate for Christmas? I am a single mom and rarely get anything for myself so really anything would be fun to get, how exciting, can't wait to choose a gift for someone else too.

Kitchen - lone star state stuff, metal stars 2. favorites - chocolate, tinkerbell, old movies - like Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant, my favorite color is hot pink(mom's cup is always hot pink) 3. music - country, 80's, rock(60's-80's) 4. favorite scripture - I love Psalms and Ruth 5. I don't like "whatnots" - My house stays so dusty no matter what I do. 6. Yes, we decorate for Christmas. I love snowmen, dark blue and shiny stars for Christmas decorations. 7. I love antiques, I have a new laundry room that I am decorating with pink 40's type pictures(like advertisements and modest pin-up girls), I also like art deco from the 30's.
