We'll bring plenty of plastic tarps to help with the rain! And hubby is very handy...maybe he can fix it up for you!! :)

Please DON'T fix it up! The last time we took it in, they told us NOT to bring it back again. My parents' had bought it used, and eventually they passed it on to us. So it's been around. If you were to fix it, we'd have to keep it, and I'm fighting HARD for a newer model, lol! I think I almost got him to where he's considering it as important.

That's fine! Come and totally destroy the old one, and then try out the new one!!! We saw a "new" used one for sale for about $3000, and I wanted to call, but DH says, "We can get one NEW for only $6000!" I tried to point out that we didn't HAVE $6000, but you know men  !

Yea: Jackie, I agree men sometimes. Hay, I will come and help Leslie destroy the old one. It can be alot of fun. Then Jackie, maybe we can have a fun raiser to raise the rest of the money to help buy a new camper for you all. Maybe a garage sale or something.

No, Deena, my garage is SO FULL there's no room for the vehicles! For one thing, that's where we keep the camper. Every year, Carl has to work hard to get half cleaned out for his car. This year, he brought the table I've been trying to refinish for...too many...years up from the basement so he could help me with it this summer. Yeah, right! He never even looked at it, lol! So what he's planning on doing with it, I don't know!

Jackie: Maybe we can help get the table done after we drink our tea and coffee, oh wait maybe we will do the table first then sit around it and have our tea and coffee.

Deena: I got it girl, thats the same thing my dh says all the time when we go by a garage sale someone is selling there garage again. or a yard sale you need a yard.
    LOL

Yeah, I knew it was an old joke, but when you're tired, things just seem funnier. ;)

In Raleigh we've seen anywhere between $2.30 something and $2.40 something. I don't fill up the car, DH does, so I don't know the exact amount. Just somewhat remember what he tells me.

Ours is down to $2.34. We are in the middle of a price war, because a new station opened 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping the prices continue to go down. We have a Wal-Mart (Mega) Supercenter opening next month, so there will be another new station in the running.

Our gas is as cheap as yours right now. But I'd love to visit! Where exactly are you? My "l'il" brother is in the San Antonio area, plus I'd love to visit Marilyn in Houston.

we are about 500 feet from the ocean and yes, you all can come down it's hot yet even though we are getting a little much needed rain today. I am about 2 hours south from you brother and 4 hours from Marilyn. So, when are you all coming?

    We're at $2.35.

Kris I am ready to go anytime! It's nice because, since we homeschool, we can pick up and go anytime we want! LOL :)

Yea, we can all homeschool together, that would be fun. The kids would love it too. Then we can have coffee and tea. I hope to see you all by the week end.
