Last week, ours made a thirty cent jump. I was lucky. I noticed the higher price going down the main road. Then later, I was driving the kids to the park and saw one place still had it at $3.18. Half a block up, the next place was up to $3.48. I didn't "need" gas right then, but I turned around and filled my tank all the way at the cheaper place. Sure enough, when we came home from the park, they were ALL at $3.48. It's gone down now to about $3.32 right now.
$3.39-$3.49 depending on the gas station. I spent $30 just to fill half my tank. I doubt we will ever see it in the $2.00 range again.
