tonight we are having BBQ pork sandwiches. I'm also making cole slaw and I bet we'll have doritos. I goofed up and didn't plan for this meal when making the grocery list but DH does the grocery shopping and he picked up the pork loin because it was on sale.--- so it turned out good. Its in the crockpot now with Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce (Donald felt special becaus I let him pour it on).
DD has a swim meet tonight, so it'll be hot dogs at the meet. I have all the stuff to make stuffed squash, but haven't had the time yet. Tomorrow will be homemade pizza, I think.
Spaggetti tonight! I made extra sauce last time I made spaggetti and stuck it in the freezer so I just have to defrost it and boil some pasta. Easy!
Dh is going to BBQ some Woody's burgers. www.woodysfoods.com We were last month's winner for the Woody's contest. They already took down the pic so I didn't get to share that with you. Anyway, they mention Brittany of Anderson, Ca being a winner, that is my cousin, she is 14.
Last night was sloppy joes, french fries and tator tots. Tonight we are having breakfast tacos. Then I don't have to cook again until Monday. We have someplace to go Friday and Saturday where someone else is cooking and Sunday dh and I are going out for our anniversary and then to a concert.
last night was roast beef and red potatoes, baby carrots and onions (cooked together) made a little bit of mashed potatoes for 2 of the kid and gravy
Last night we had fried perch (we caught on sunday), and homemade fries, and tonight we are going to have elk steak, mashed potatoes, and olathe sweet corn, homemade bread.
Tonight we're having Chicken Parmigian. Only I do it super easy...chicken nuggets with a bottle of spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese on it. Faythe loves it, Carl hates it. He's got class tonight, and I've been promising Faythe that we'd have it the next time he was gone!
we had beef roast in slow cooker with mashed potatoes and gravy.. tomorrow night its homemade belgin waffles and eggs
Tonight we're having orange chicken, using the Panda Express recipe, rice and some sort of veggie. I was so excited about trying out this recipe I forgot about the sides. My kids love having breakfast for dinner, so much fun!
Last night we had chicken gorditas (Old El Paso kit) with chopped tomatoes and corn. Tonight is fend-for-yourself leftovers. Tomorrow I'm doing a roast with potatoes and carrots in the crock pot. Funny to read that so many others have done that this week!
Last night DH was working so I made tacos for the kids. Tonight I have a beef roast in the crockpot- but mine has onions and jalapeno peppers in it- we like it spicy! We might do roasted potatoes and gravy with it, then the leftovers tomorrow I'll shred the meat so we can have sandwiches on hoagie rolls. That's as far as I have planned for the weekend! MT3
Last night was scallops, pasta with an herbed white sauce, and broiled asparagus. Today, we'll do grocery shopping & usually do something quick & easy on shopping day. Though, I do have some pork chops thawed out, so maybe we'll do something with those. If we don't eat the pork chops tonight, we'll do stuffed pork chops tomorrow.
Subs! I went tot he farm market today, and they have lunch meat really cheap. So I got some stuff we don't usually get, and we'll eat subs, chips and pop!
we are having rotini with meatballs (in marinara sauce) and facacia bread and salad I"m going to make the good seasoning dressing that you make in the cruit...... ------ this is because I was explaining to the kids about how I used to do that and they wanted to see it and the "kit" was almost as cheap as just some packets of mix.
