Whats for dinner---- again

Tonight we had pork chops on the grill, black eyed peas w/ onions and bacon, carrots, and corn bread.

 

hamb. soup tonight the rest of week. I dunno help someone PLEASE need ideas.

 

pulled beef, if it gets done in time (which I doubt it will!)

 

I have a headache today (it was going away, until ds accidentally headbutted my nose), so I don't feel much like cooking. So, tonight it's hot dogs & baked beans.

 

fried pork chops, corn bread Augratin potaties (from box)

 

I don't know It will be something fast and easy that can be squeezed in between ballet rehearsal and a softball game.

 

Chocolate Chip Pancakes! Yum!

 

Tonight we're having what the kids call "Dinner Pie" - it's just shepherd's pie. I'll try to find this thread tomorrow and post our menu this time. Did well at the grocery store - which is surprising since we were all in the mood for "something new" so I went through the cookbooks to plan this time! LOL

 

Alfredo Chicken Florentine stuffed shells, salad and bread sticks.

Basically, pasta shells filled w/ chicken, spinach, ricotta, parm.& mozzarella cheese, and herbs. I make a roasted garlic Alfredo sauce to pour over the shells. Yummy!

 

Last night was Dominoes Pizza. I was worn out and the kids wanted pizza so Freddy and Crystal went and picked it up.

 

Tonight is Hamburger Soup and cornbread muffins.

 

Marzetti. It's Rachael's 15th b-day, and that's what she requrested.

 

Meatball sandwiches & Salad. MMMMM....can't wait till we get home from gymnastics and soccer!

 

Leftover roast and veggies from Sunday. That would've been last night's dinner, but my mom treated everyone to Kentucky Fried Chicken last night...MMM!

 

shoot, I didn't take out the chicken for chicken pot pie....... so I guess its blt's

 

Tonight. Balsamic Steak "grilled" on my grill pan. Herb roasted root veggies. Sauteéd green beans.

I think they are having chili dogs since I work tonight.

 

I am thinking spaghetti with a salad...maybe cookies for dessert if the kids behave themselves during dinner.

 

I put a roast in the oven this morning. The rest is up to dh since I am working.

 

Tonight is Tater Tot Casserole. Yum!
