I can't plan a weeks worth of meals because it always changes by what I am craving. I always keep a stockpile of food so I have all the ingredients to make whatever.

We eat what da' MamaBear is craving that day. LOL

I have tried to plan in advance but I eat what I am hungry for that day. We have a freezer full of food along with non-perishables so I can really cook what I am hungry for.

You can do it! Just print out a blank calendar and write your menu in pencil. That's the key - PENCIL! ;) That way, if cravings hit or something comes up, you can just quickly change it. Take a little time to make a list of your family's favorite meals, then go from there. Add new ones as you try them. I do a month at a time, but always have it so I can change it as circumstances change. If you have children at home, this is especially helpful so you aren't stressing out at the "last minute" wondering what you're going to throw together for supper. During the school week my other best friend is the crockpot...

We usually eat a larger meal for lunch on Sunday, then snacky/fingerfood-type stuff for "supper."

Lunch - Mini Meatloaves, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, carrots
    Dinner - Pizza and taquitos

Monday - Chinese Chicken & Asparagus, Rice, broccoli
Tuesday - Burgers, baked beans, green beans (because ds7 dislikes baked beans), chips
Wed. - Easy Stroganoff, peas, fresh tomatoes
Thurs. - Fried Egg Sandwiches and fruit (church night - quick 'n easy)
Fri. - Spaghetti, veggie, garlic bread
    Sat. - Dump Chicken, veggies

Yesterday was grilled chicken legs, mashed potatoes, corn, fresh sliced tomatoes, and grilled zucchini and onions.

Tonight was tacos, guac, refried beans and tortilla chips. A healthy favorite of the whole family.

I have not had much of an appetite since surgery besides craving V-8 juice. Well today I had a craving for Chinese food. This is what I prepared:

I don't have a name for it yet but here goes...........................
    1 jar Marmelade
    2/3 cup chicken stock
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp. Ginger

4 chicken br*asts cut in slices or pork in slices or even beef in slices
    2 bell peppers slices
    2 green onions

Put all the ing. from the first list of ing. together and cook on low heat until thickened.

Stir fry the chicken in veg. oil and sesame oil when it starts to cook down add some Teriyaki and when it browns up throw into the pot of thickened ing.

    Serve over rice.

I just had some and it is yummy!
