Well, we didn't end up having pulled pork last night b/c I blew it! So we had it tonight. YUM! There was so much we're freezing the leftovers for another meal.

Had it with gluten free corn bread and salad. OH YUM.

Last night we had Breakfast Casserole for dinner. It was delish. Decided to have strawberries with it.

Not sure what we're having tomorrow!

    :)

We are packing for camp for three teenagers. I have no clue what we are having or where we are going to sit to eat! My table is covered!

We're all working hard in my DHs shop to get ready for an upcoming event. He has to fly out tomorrow morning and return on Tues.

Anyway, Wendy's was what we had. Not my favorite by any means, but it is across the street and we needed to keep working.

Pizza. The three older kids leave for camp in the morning so pizza was their choice. Beth

    Tonight we had a quickie:

    Elbow mac
    Velveeta with milk
    Chopped ham steak

Mac and cheese made with the ham diced and tossed in.

I know it sounds like ham helper or whatever, and it really is, only it is homemade and cheaper, believe it or not.

PLUS it helps hubby's upset tummy for some reason. It give me "Puppy tummy" for sure!

Last night it was Chicken with egg noodles and alfredo sauce.
I buy the bagged chix breasts and cook those frozen right out of the bags on high medium heat with vegetable oil in the pan, season salt and butter spuds butter flavoring. Cover and cook for a while, about 30 minutes.....

Then slice it and toss it into the egg noodles and alfredo...

    MMMMMM!

Tonight is fruited-chicken salad! MMMMMM....my kids don't like it when I make it "fancy" so I have to keep some out without the frills just for them. But last time I made Chix salad w/out the frills, hubby revolted! So tonight he's getting it the way he likes it! :D

It's also going up to 95 today here - with disgusting humidity....so no cooking! :D
