nobody was hungry last night and we ended up eating leftovers. Tonight's dinner is going to be chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, blackeye peas and biscuits
Kris, thanks for the idea, we are having Ohio Grandma's famous Hamburgers and DH really didn't wan't french fries, I'll make the potato wedges for me and a few brave kids and pasta salad for the others.

Tonight is a house favorite - my stepfather is coming for dinner, so hope there's enough for him! Meatloaf, dijon roasted potatoes and peas! I wanted a salad, but my darlings did not. They like peas. Well, it's green, and it's a vegetable, who am I to complain. My stepfather is bringing some garden fresh squash over - I'm thinking tomorrow is going to ratatoulle (did I spell that right - rat-tat-too-eeee)....not sure I get hubby to eat it though - I LOVE It in the summer!
Ooo.. Speaking of Ratatouille.. We saw a sneak preview of it (the new Pixar movie, that is) on Saturday and it is hilarious!! Take your kids and prepare to laugh! Having said that.. I have no idea what we're having and Charles is on his way home. Yikes! It has been a sluggish, lethargic day - and I even slept in. I hate that. (The feeling like a slug part.. not the sleeping-in part. I LOVE sleeping in! :lol
We are having bbq'd garlic herb chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and either homemade dinner rolls or biscuts. donno for that oh yeah, and the tomato that I got at the farmers market on saturday. Ds will eat the whole thing if I cut it up.

We are having Tacos with green onions and a tomato that I found at the farmers market. Guess what? The tomatoe tasts like...a real tomato. Sorry, but I HATE the way store botten tomato's tasts Ick!
I actually get a free night tonight! Red Robin with my friend who just moved back from North Dakota and then cropping with my sister!!
